AC Current Sensor
Alerting you to critical power outtages
- Non-invasive sensor
- Measures current in Amperes (A)
- Low-cost solution
- Detects equipment faults
Need to track power usage in your critical facility? Our low cost, scalable and non-invasive 100A current sensors are the solution you are looking for.
All you need to do start monitoring is clip the split core sensor (connected to your SensorGateway) onto a power cable, and you have Branch Circuit Monitoring (BCM) made easy. Commonly, the current sensor is utilised to monitor "dumb" equipment, ie equipment that runs in a constant state.
For example,a piece of electrical equipment that is running constantly can be monitored by the current drawn. Ifit usually operates at 80A but shows a current of 20A, this is a clear indication there is something wrong. If it returns a reading of 0A it is non operational.
Non-invasive current sensor
