Most airflow sensors currently available for data centers or server rooms are analog sensors, meaning they use a mechanical trigger which records whether or not air is flowing with sufficient velocity to record a reading. Some of these sensors allow the user to manually det the level, others don't.
ServersCheck introduces one of the first standalone digital airflow sensors for data centers. The sensor measures airspeed in metres per second and reports to the SensorGateway.
The digital airflow sensor probes can measure air speeds of up to 3m/s, the equivalent of air speeds of up to 10.8 km/h, giving the user all the detail they could need to manage airflow in their critical infrastructure sites.
