Our fuel leak sensor detects 6 commonly used fuel types, providing early warning of potentially dangerous leaks.


ServersCheck offers a low cost sensor for 24x7 monitoring of fuel leaks from fuel tanks and generators. 


The IP, Modbus & SNMP based fuel leak cable can detected following fuel types:

Fuel Type Typical response time at 20°C
#1 diesel fuel 60 minutes
#2 diesel fuel 120 minutes
Gasoline 12 minutes
JP5 jet fuel 70 minutes
JP8 jet fuel 50 minutes
Jet-A fuel 50 minutes


The default cable length is 6m and can be extended to 30 m. The fuel leak sensing cable is designed for single use only. 

The fuel leak sensing cable may be used in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C, D Hazardous Locations. If wiring from the module complies with relevant intrinsic safety requirements,  the sensing cable may be used in Class I, Division 1, Groups A, B, C, D Hazardous Locations (Zone 0 or Zone 1 in Europe).
